This apple smoothie tastes like an apple crisp! Fresh apples, banana, oatmeal, and spices make a decadently healthy smoothie that tastes like dessert!

Ingredients

diced apple
peeled or unpeeled

vanilla yogurt

large flake oatmeal
1/2

milk
almond milk or oat milk

tablespoon
maple syrup
½
teaspoon
vanilla extract
¼
teaspoon
cinnamon
pinch
nutmeg

ice cubes
Instructions
Place the apples, banana, yogurt, oatmeal, milk, syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg in a blender.
Place the lid on the blender tightly and then pulse until the mixture is liquefied.
Add in the ice cubes one at a time until you have reached the desired consistency for your smoothie.
Split between two glasses and enjoy!
Notes
You can use a frozen banana or fresh, just make sure it's really ripe so that it sweetens the smoothie.
