2-3poundschicken wingstrimmed, divided into pieces and wing tips removed
Marinade
1cuplow sodium soy sauce
½cuphoney
2tablespoonssesame oil
1tablespoongrated fresh ginger
1tablespoonminced garlic
Garnishes
1tablespoonsesame seedstoasted
Instructions
In a large sealing plastic bag, combine the marinade ingredients. Add in the wings. Marinade for 2-3 hours, or overnight for deeper flavor.
Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove the wings from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade in the bag.
Place the wings on the lined baking sheet, leaving some space between them. Bake for 25-30 minutes OR until the wings are cooked through and the sauce has formed a sticky crust on the outside. Turn the wings halfway through cooking.
Remove and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
