Prepare the lettuce. Remove the dirty or wilted outside layers until you reach the nice inner leaves.
Cut the lettuce in half from the stem to the top.
Cut those halves into wedges again, resulting in 4 wedges.
Remove the stem part at the bottom of the wedge, trying to keep the wedge as intact as you can.
Place each of the wedges on a serving plate.
Top with a little bit of blue cheese dressing, bacon, tomatoes, green onions, blue cheese crumbles, croutons, and then the rest of the blue cheese dressing.
Serve and enjoy!
